Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour's notice to cancel any detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge up to 1/2 of the scheduled detailing service if cancelled by the customer on the day of said scheduled service unless extreme circumstances caused an instance where the customer was not able to keep the scheduled service. Alchemy Automotive Ltd. reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty in accordance to weather, equipment failure, other extenuating circumstances etc., without penalty to the company.
